VANCOUVER, BC, February 22, 2022 /CNW/ – Just Kitchen Holdings Corp. (“JustKitchen” or the “Company”) (TSXV: JK) (OTCQB: JKHCF) (FRA: 68Z) a ghost kitchen operator specializing in the development of delivery-only food brands, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a commercial agreement (the “OK“) with President Chain Store Corporation (“7-Eleven Taiwan“), which is a large food production company with operations across Asia which manages and operates all 7-Eleven convenience stores Taiwan, Republic of China (“Taiwan”).1 Subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement, JustKitchen will endeavor to create fresh meal collaborations with 7-Eleven Taiwan. The company will also add Foodomo, a food delivery company acquired by 7-Eleven Taiwan in 2021, to its list of third-party service providers.
The Company will initially embark on a pilot project (the “Pilot“) to supply Just cooking branded meals for sale at a Taiwan 7-Eleven store in Neihu District in taipei. As part of the pilot project, JustKitchen also agreed to develop a virtual brand to be offered on 7-Eleven Taiwan’s online presence across all of its delivery service platforms named “Easily Shop Famous Kitchens, Just Love Gourmet.” The Buy Famous Kitchens Easily, Just Love Gourmet platform was created to provide consumers with a range of quality food products at fair prices and is exclusive to 7-Eleven.2 The pilot with JustKitchen follows other successful collaborations for Buy Famous Cuisines Easily, Just Love Gourmet and Taiwan.3 The global 7-Eleven brand is prominent in Taiwanwith over 6,400 convenience stores currently in operation.4

JustKitchen is primarily a ghost kitchen operator specializing in the development and marketing of exclusive and franchised delivery-only food brands to customers. The Company currently operates in Taiwan and hong kong with plans to expand its operations to other Asian countries. JustKitchen uniquely utilizes a hub and spoke operating model, which includes advanced food preparation in larger central kitchens and final meal preparation in smaller spoke kitchens located in high-density areas. The company combines this operating model with online and mobile app-based food ordering performed by third-party delivery companies, to minimize capital investment and operating expenses and reach more customers on underserved markets.
